F.A.S.T.

F.A.S.T. (Fundamental Athletic Skills Training) is a Louisiana basketball training academy that serves New Orleans, Slidell, and Mandeville areas. They provide quality basketball and fundamental skills training as well as mentorship through their AAU summer travel teams. Their goal is to provide a safe-haven where children not only perfect their craft, but also feel supported and encouraged on a fundamental level. Camps and clinics are offered both during the school year and summertime, with the hope of keeping kids off the streets by giving them a place to go in the gym. The New Orleans academy is located in the Desire neighborhood of the 9thward – it is here they especially strive to not only provide free training to these children, but positive role models as well.
