Partners: Mark Latter and Julie Bordelon

Mark Latter was born and raised in hospitality, Mark grew up at his dad’s restaurant. He remembers spending time there after school, earning his first dollars as a bus boy and much more. Mark and his wife, Candace, now own and operate a restaurant group called Latter Hospitality. The umbrella includes Tujague’s Restaurant, the second oldest restaurant in the city of New Orleans, in addition to three other concepts. Claret Wine & Cocktail Bar, The Bower and Birdy’s Behind the Bower are all located in the Lower Garden District. As a longtime member of the industry, Mark is driven by great service, excellent food and drink, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
